Granola Bars, not just for breakfast!

Over the next few weeks, I’ll share ways to incorporate Please & Thank You Granola Bars in desserts, wine pairing, hosting and snacks. And if you have any awesome ways that you enjoy your bars and granola, I’d love to hear about it!

To start, I think we go with dessert, because duh, dessert. As pumpkin spice and fall plaids start seeping into our lives, I want to talk about one of our bars called the You’re Welcome. The main flavors you’ll catch in this bar are pumpkin, apple, cinnamon, dates and dairy-free butterscotch. It’s nut-free, gluten-free and dairy-free. So basically, the perfect combination for a fall dessert that is sure to delight all those cozy, yummy autumn senses.

This bar is light, chewy and full of flavor. It’s a great bar for snacking, but it’s also crazy delicious when you top it with a dollop of whipped cream and fresh berries. It’s the perfect, easy, guilt-free dessert.

You could eat this yourself or if you want to do a bite-sized dessert for your next football game, wine night or dinner party, just cut them in fourths topped with whipped cream and one slice of strawberry or raspberry on top.

Ta-da! Such a quick, tasty and delightful little dessert. So next time you get that sweet craving, grab a You’re Welcome and make it into a dessert.
